On July 24th, 2021 at , I went for a 3.13 mile run. The run took 21:19 which was an average of 6:48 per mile. Ran on the cross country course at Marshalltown Community College. It was a bit earlier than I expected especially going into the last mile. Ran with some running friends from high school, a reunion for past runners. The statistics for my run are below.
