Not great. I’ve taken some time off to recover from a calf injury. I got 3/4 of a mile into my run and started to feel it all again. I walked and jogged back home. More time off is needed.

My right calf balled up almost a mile into my normal 3 miler. During my last run it tightened up a bit towards the end but I didn’t think it was much of a concern. Walked home.

Hello to anyone viewing these activities! Today’s run was hot. It was 85° when I finished. The last mile was a bit slow but I decided to add three strides and rests in the last half mile.

Good but hot. I had seven or eight second positive splits for each mile. Sometime after the first half mile I started to catch up with a doe and a fawn along the trail. I started out with a 100 for a body battery, I was well rested this morning. Set ups and push-ups.
